Not sure if you are familiar with hiring process of banks.my previous job was with one of the big five banks too.i went through the similar process.and they only take referrals after you had your final interview.you meet with HR rep.or email them the info.then the head office and compliance department makes the arrangements.its very structured.i am not here to argue with you.anyhow.thanks for your reply.but someone who worked in the financial industry will know whats going on here. Feb 16th, 2014 10:35 amthank you so much for your reply.i have got the same message from one of my friend who works there as well.they try to hire you to put you with one of the classes.and usually local RVP and his team is really really busy.for example.when i had my interview with branch managers.it was January 17th.and I didnt hear back anything until February 3rd from RVP's assistant for an interview.she mentioned they were swamped with workload.thats what i was trying to explain previous person who replied this thread.
